In March 2021 Pryor Law settled a Fair Labor Standards Act unpaid wages case for $90,000.00. Pryor Law filed the federal case in March 2020 for a plaintiff who lives in the Bronx. At first, Plaintiff sought Pryor Law’s guidance to evaluate the fairness of his worker’s compensation settlement. While he was working at a construction supply company, he had fallen 20-30 feet and landed on his shoulder, permanently disabling him.
