In early January, the Law Offices of Edmond J. Pryor secured a $270,000 settlement for a plaintiff who slipped and fell on ice in a parking lot at work. In this case, the Defendants were aware that ice had formed and created a dangerous condition in the parking lot where the Plaintiff worked.
