On Wednesday, January 30, 2019, a Bronx jury rendered a $250,000 verdict in favor of our client, who was involved in an automobile accident. Our client, the plaintiff, had been a seat belted front seat passenger in a sideswipe collision between two cars. The Defendant was the driver of the vehicle in which Plaintiff was traveling.
