On Wednesday, January 30, 2019, a Bronx jury rendered a $250,000 verdict in favor of our client, who was involved in an automobile accident. Our client, the plaintiff, had been a seat belted front seat passenger in a sideswipe collision between two cars. The Defendant was the driver of the vehicle in which Plaintiff was traveling. The Defendant vigorously defended the claim, arguing that Defendant’s conduct was not negligent and that the accident was entirely the fault of the driver of the other car, who did not answer the complaint.
