In April 2021, Pryor Law recovered $250,000.00 for a Westchester Plaintiff who slipped and fell on snow and ice on the sidewalk of her apartment complex. It had snowed earlier on the day of her accident and the defendant housing complex allegedly sent workers to clear the snow from the sidewalks. The Pryor Law attorneys alleged that the workers did not adequately clear the snow and ice, leading to a dangerous condition of slippery snow and ice.
